International Delivery Delays and Suspension

Due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak, Japan Post is experiencing delivery delays and suspension of the international delivery service we use - ePacket and EMS.

We've been trying to keep our international shipping updated according to Japan Post's service availability but as the changes happen too frequently, our shipping status might have not been updated. If you'd like to know if we ship to your country, we'll check the availability for you so please feel free to contact us at

Even if your country is in the list of countries we ship to, longer delivery times are expected.
