FUSHUN KAMAIRICHA | ふうしゅん釜炒り茶
Couldn't load pickup availability
Kamairicha is a type of green tea that uses a pan roasting method for halting oxidation of leaves, which is hard to find nowadays in Japan where most green tea is processed with steaming. It’s considered a rare tea as it makes up less than 0.5 % of tea production in Japan. Its delicate floral-ness with no bitterness might reminds you of Taiwanese high mountain “Qing Xiang” type of oolong, a lightly oxidised and roasted tea.
