MATCHA GENMAICHA | 抹茶玄米茶
A blend of Yabukita sencha, Yabukita matcha and toasted rice. The cloudy bright green liquor has a starchy texture with notes of rice cracker and eddoe potato followed by a lingering muscatel aftertaste. Recommended to pair with or after meals as it is a perfect palate cleanser. We love cold brewing it in summer too.
