SHIRAORE HOJICHA | 白折ほうじ茶
Shiraore Hojicha is made with stems (shiraore) that are separated during the refining process of sencha. It is low in caffeine, so you can enjoy it at any time of the day. Notes of roasted soy bean followed by lingering fruity persimmon aftertaste. Also recommended for cold brew or with milk. Grown without synthetic fertiliser or pesticides in Yame, Fukuoka.

How to Brew: Steep 5g per 120 ml of 95℃ for 35 secs.
