IZUMI BLACK | いずみ紅茶
Izumi, originally bred for Kamairicha – a pan-roasted Japanese green tea, is a cultivar that is regaining popularity these days. Light-bodied silky liquor has delicate notes of hinoki wood with a hint of jasmine and mangosteen. This is a first flush tea grown without synthetic fertiliser or pesticides on an award-winning tea farm.
